HashGrid is designed to be private by default. It is a tool for monitoring Bitcoin mining hardware on your own network. We built it so your mining data stays under your control.
Nothing. HashGrid contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not collect personal information.
If you enable remote monitoring, HashGrid connects to your miners through the HashGrid Bridge running on your own home computer, relayed through a forwarding service. All payloads are end-to-end encrypted using X25519 key exchange and ChaCha20-Poly1305 authenticated encryption. The relay forwards only ciphertext and cannot read your mining data. Encryption keys never leave your paired devices.
HashGrid requests local network access solely to discover and communicate with mining hardware on your network. This access is never used for any other purpose.
To power the solo mining calculator and price displays, HashGrid may fetch public network statistics and cryptocurrency prices from public APIs. These requests contain no personal information about you.
HashGrid is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
